We offer a full line of roller bearings.  The outer race can be non-supported and line loaded.  These easily mounted bearings are ideally suited for many cam or track roller applications, particularly where loads and shock are moderate.  The sealed feature which is standard on all Carter Cam Followers helps prevent bearing contamination and retains lubrication.  The inner and outer race on Carter Cam Followers are of high carbon chrome bearing steel, through hardened and ground.  The studs are of low carbon alloy steel, carburized and differentially hardened.  They have a zone hardened raceway leaving the shank end ductile to permit drilling or other alterations.  The needle rollers are of high carbon chrome bearing steel, through-hardened, ground and lapped.
