Stainless Steel Xtenda™ Series
Our Stainless Cam Followers and Cam Yoke Rollers are used for numerous standard and special applications. These bearings are in used throughout the world, operating reliably in a multitude of chemical, food and industrial environments.
Hi-Rollers
Hi-Rollers™ are manufactured with either deep groove ball bearings or tapered roller bearings, they are capable of handling combined radial and thrust loads. They will also run are much higher speeds than needle bearing cam followers. Hi-Rollers™ are tightly sealed with an expansion plug on one end and feature radial contact lip seals on the bearings. They are excellent for use on high moisture or dusty environments.
Standard Cam Followers & Yoke Rollers
These easily mounted bearings are ideally suited for many cam or track roller applications, particularly where loads and shock are moderate. Two standard choices: Sealed with hexagonal socket or with slotted head.
Neverlube™ Bearings
Carter's advanced design self-lubricating sleeve bearing provides continuous, dependable lubrication for the life of the unit. Because there are no internal moving elements, Neverlube™ bearings offer trouble-free operation in a wide variety of applications, including situations where the equipment is subject to frequent wash downs. The self-lubricating feature also helps reduce maintenance costs and assures adequate lubrication at all times, greatly reducing the possibility of bearing failure and unscheduled downtime.
Polycoated Bearings
Polycoated bearings can be used for standard and specialized applications where noise reduction, reduced wear and non marking are important factors in operations.
Chrome Cam Followers
Looking for a good corrosion resistance without the expense of solid stainless steel? These rollers have Type 440C stainless steel needle bearings and chrome-plated steel exposed surfaces to meet your needs. All have a hex socket head. Lubrication holes are in the side and end of the stud, unless noted. End seals block contaminants. Maximum temperature is 250F. Mounting nut not included.
